Welcome to The Kit Library

The Kit Library was created to support LARP enthusiasts who may face challenges in acquiring suitable kit for their characters. This platform showcases a range of weapons, armor, soft kit, and accessories available for loan.

The idea stemmed from my passion for helping others. Over time, I found myself frequently lending kit to fellow LARPers who, for various reasons, were unable to source their own. Whether due to financial constraints, time limitations, inexperience, or simply wanting to experiment before committing to a full set, my goal is to make LARP more accessible to everyone.

How It Works

The Kit Library functions as a catalog of available gear. Browse the Library just like a shop—add the items you need to your cart and submit a request.

Currently, kit loans are limited to events I attend due to logistical constraints. However, if demand increases, I may explore ways to expand availability. A calendar of upcoming events I’ll be attending can be found here.

Placing an Order

While The Kit Library was originally a free service, sustaining the project now requires a small donation. A £10 donation allows you to borrow up to five items. If you need more, an additional £10 applies for every extra five items (e.g., 6–10 items = £20, 11–15 items = £30, etc.).

Please note: This donation is non-refundable, even if you are unable to attend the event.

Certain items are marked "Deposit Required." These require a refundable deposit of £10 per item, up to a maximum of £50, to cover potential loss or damage.

Do not send any payment when placing your request. Once I confirm availability, I will issue an invoice. Your kit is only reserved once payment has been received.
